Does a paid plan guarantee investors or funding?+

No. Payment never purchases qualification, preferential matching, investor commitment, publication, Deal Room access or a fundraising outcome.

Are advisory and success fees included?+

Self-service subscriptions and professional advisory are separate. Any advisory, retainer or progressive success fee is shown in a versioned quotation before acceptance and applies only where legally available.

Does membership unlock confidential documents?+

No. KYC or KYB, an approved Mutual NDA, opportunity scope and explicit VDR or document permission remain independent controls.
