- A GHG inventory requires an organizational/facility boundary, reporting period, emission sources, methods and factor sources; Scope 1/2/3 are not assumed without data.
- Traceability data setup does not automatically include software licenses, devices or every-system integration.
- MRV support focuses on data, internal controls and verification readiness; independent assurance/verification is excluded from the public price.
- No guarantee of carbon credits, carbon neutrality, certification, exports, higher selling prices, financing or fundraising success.

Does VND 99m include every cost?
No. Testing, monitoring, field measurement, traceability software and certification/independent assurance are excluded. VAT, travel and site limits are confirmed in the proposal.
Does the 3–5 day assessment mean the whole program is completed in 3–5 days?
No. It is the assessment duration within the confirmed scope; the advisory program is 12 months.
Does a three-year Action Plan mean three years of delivery are included?
No. It is a three-year plan; the public program is 12 months.
Does the program issue ESG certification or carbon credits?
No. It supports advisory, data, inventory, KPIs, internal MRV and reporting. Independent certification/verification is a separate scope if needed.
